dc.description.abstractThe following degree work addresses the design of an Industrial complex with self-sustaining efficiency characteristics in the municipality of Cota - Cundinamarca, and the analysis of architectural antecedents from its formal structure, complemented with theoretical frameworks on the concept. It proposes a model of industrial use whose function articulates the needs of this type of activity, with the physical-environmental base of the territory; a relationship with the site is established, proposing the use of alternative energies, urban and bioclimatic architectural elements. It was carried out by means of a project investigation of the physical-environmental aspects of the site and through this thesis, a response will be given to the needs of the actors involved, taking into account the priorities of the site to make this place useful in terms of production, services. and recreation. The intervention must integrate landscape factors so that this in turn has a direct and consistent relationship with the site, with the implementation of this design a positive impact is generated in terms of boosting many territorial and economic activities, seeking the business strengthening of the most important economic sectors that energize the local economy and the region; The above allows to identify the meaning of the architectural form in the composition process.
