Arquitectura deportiva integrada al contexto exo-urbano

Abstract

Se aborda la integración de un equipamiento de tipo deportivo y su contexto rural, donde su principal finalidad es satisfacer las necesidades deportivas, de esparcimiento y recreación de la Región de Sabana Centro, se ubica específicamente en el área exo urbana de Cajicá, municipio con gran proyección de crecimiento urbano que quiere impulsar la identidad recreativa y lo posiciona como destino de interés deportivo para atletas de alto rendimiento. El equipamiento con relación al paisaje se articula de manera directa en el espacio y tejido urbano, que tiende a reorientarse y a re estructurar la funcionalidad de las post metrópolis. Para el diseño y desarrollo del proyecto se tiene en cuenta cinco factores determinantes para las prácticas de actividades deportivas, ubicación estratégica de conectividad, baja contaminación, entrenamiento en altitud, condiciones climáticas y la tecnología deportiva. La zona de implantación cumple con los aspectos de caracterización de lugar y criterios relevantes para el desarrollo del proyecto.

The current work of degree explains the integration between a sport center and its rural context, where its main purpose it´s to fulfill the Sabana Centro community´s needs related to sports, amusement and recreation. The project is located in the limits of the urban area and the Cajicás’s country side town with a huge urban growth projection who wants to promote a recreative identity and be a relevant destination for high performance athletes. The facility connects with the landscape directly in the space and the urban fabric, that tends to reorient and change the function of that connection between the urban area and the country side. The design and the project’s development are based on five decisive factors that stablish the sports practices like the strategic connectivity location, low contamination, height training, weather and sports technology. The implantation zone meetsthe place characteristics and relevant criteria for the project development.
