Plan de mejoramiento para la vivienda urbano/rural

Abstract

El proyecto tiene como fin desarrollar un plan de mejoramiento el cual busca beneficiar a las familias que se encuentran vulnerables en la localidad de Usme, ubicadas principalmente en las zonas urbano/rurales. Estas familias se encuentran en condiciones socioeconómicas precarias, sin un ingreso suficiente que permita cubrir sus necesidades básicas. El propósito de éste proyecto es brindar a estas familias una solución, por medio de viviendas legalmente construidas, que cuenten con las condiciones mínimas habitables y que a su vez proporcionen un área productiva, a través de la actividad agrícola y pecuaria de subsistencia. Una actividad que les permita abastecerse con su producción, y así mismo permita generar ingresos propios.

The project aims to develop an improvement plan that seeks to benefit vulnerable families in the town of Usme, located mainly in urban/rural areas. These families are in precarious socioeconomic conditions, without sufficient income to cover their basic needs. The purpose of this project is to provide these families with a solution, by means of legally constructed housing, which has the minimum habitable conditions and at the same time provides a productive area, through subsistence agriculture and livestock activity. An activity that allows them to supply themselves with their production, and also allows them to generate their own income; these will be implemented in the back of the houses, and the livestock area located in the back of the terrain. The implementation of productive housing will cover a total of six beneficiary families, also accompanied by a storage center that seeks to provide the opportunity to advance in the agricultural sector, and not lose the peasant identity that characterizes this sector as many others around the city. These benefits will be reflected not only in the families that will live in this project, but also in many families involved in the surrounding area, who seek to generate economic income from the production and export of their products. Complementing the above, this project, in addition to providing opportunities to the community, favors the image of the locality with public spaces integrated to the surrounding elements and preserving the nature of the area.
