La colectividad: un espacio para todos - laboratorio socio cultural nodo colectivo en Teusaquillo, Bogotá

Abstract

Los espacios públicos y privados dentro de la ciudad se han encargado de delimitar y excluir a la población olvidando por completo el desarrollo de un espacio para todos, creando así barreras y limites espaciales que impiden el desarrollo de espacios colectivos dentro un proyecto arquitectónico el cual ocasiona la pérdida de la noción de colectividad en el espacio disponible para la ciudadanía, por ende y a partir de los anterior se busca caracterizar espacios colectivos a través de un objeto arquitectónico en la localidad de Teusaquillo el cual fortalezca la noción de colectividad en la ciudadanía, buscando así conectar el interior con el exterior del proyecto; para esto se siguen los lineamientos direccionados al método cualitativo y análisis pertinentes que se tienen en cuenta para el desarrollo de este. Por otro lado, es de importancia destacar tres aspectos de composición los cuales se conforman a partir del recinto público que son plazas, el recinto comunitario que son los claustros y el recinto privado que son los patios, estos aplicados a un proyecto arquitectónico el cual se encarga de desarrollar espacios colectivos o espacios intermedios dentro de la ciudad y dentro de un contexto en donde su espacio interior y su espacio exterior se perciban como una unidad.

The public and private spaces within the city have been in charge of delimiting and excluding the population, completely forgetting the development of a space for all, thus creating barriers and spatial limits that prevent the development of collective spaces within an architectural project which causes the loss of the notion of collectivity in the space available to citizens, therefore, and from the above, it seeks to characterize collective spaces through an architectural object in the town of Teusaquillo which strengthens the notion of collectivity in citizenship, seeking thus connect the interior with the exterior of the project; For this, the guidelines directed to the qualitative method and pertinent analysis that are taken into account for its development are followed. On the other hand, it is important to highlight three aspects of composition which are made up of the public enclosure that are squares, the community enclosure that are the cloisters and the private enclosure that are the patios, these applied to an architectural project which is in charge of developing collective spaces or intermediate spaces within the city and within a context where its interior space and its exterior space are perceived as a unit.
