Plan de replanteamiento del asentamiento rural de paz Antonio Nariño para reincorporados con énfasis de vivienda y turismo

Abstract

Por medio del siguiente documento se realiza un recorrido por las problemáticas históricas que han sacudido el país y que ahora son objeto de resolución de paz para todo el territorio colombiano y de esta manera realizar un proyecto allegado al protagonismo de la comunidad de reincorporados de la vereda de La Fila, al sur del municipio de Icononzo-Tolima. El planteamiento se debe a las malas condiciones en las que se les fue entregado el que antiguamente era llamado Espacio Territorial de Capacitación y Reincorporación (ETCR) para que realizaran todo su proceso de cambio y emprendimiento. Como primer momento se comprende el funcionamiento estructural de la comunidad para llegar a entender su forma de vida y necesidades. También, como funciona su territorio, sus fortalezas y debilidades con su respectivo comportamiento climático. Luego, entendiendo su situación se realiza este proyecto, el cual dignifica las condiciones del espacio territorial y renombrarlo Asentamiento Rural de Paz Antonio Nariño, siendo este un nuevo sustantivo de reconciliación y reconocimiento de los nuevos aportes a la sociedad que desde esta comunidad viene haciendo. El acompañamiento y formalización de este proyecto permite el reordenamiento coherente del territorio como un organismo de productividad y tolerancia, pues enfatiza de manera prioritaria en la modulación de vivienda en cuanto a su función habitacional y emprendimiento. También se hace énfasis en la simplificación de un eje turístico, partiendo desde el hostal inicial de todo el terreno y una serie de senderos interconectados para un fácil conocimiento y comprensión externa del lugar, para así concientizar a personas externas de la nueva forma de vida, la producción y valores que fundamentan a esta comunidad en condiciones especiales.

Through the following document, a tour is made of the historical problems that have shaken the country and that are now the object of a peace resolution for the entire Colombian environment, to carry out a project related to the protagonism of the community of reincorporated people of the path of La Fila, south of the municipality of Icononzo-Tolima. As a first instance, the approach is due to the poor conditions in which what was formerly called the Territorial Training and Reincorporation Space (ETCR) was delivered to them so that they could carry out their entire process of change and entrepreneurship. At first, the structural functioning of the community is known to understand its way of life and needs. Also, how its territory works, its strengths and weaknesses with its respective climatic behavior. Then, understanding their situation, this project is carried out, which dignifies the conditions of the territorial space and rename it Rural Settlement of Paz Antonio Nariño, this being a new noun of reconciliation and recognition of the new contributions to society that this community has been making. The accompaniment and formalization of this project allows the coherent reorganization of the territory as an organism of productivity and tolerance, as it emphasizes as a priority the modulation of housing in terms of its housing function and entrepreneurship. Emphasis is also made on the simplification of a tourist axis, starting from the initial hostel of the entire land and a series of interconnected trails for easy knowledge and external understanding of the place, to make external people aware of the new way of life, the production and values that support this community in special conditions.
