This type of spaces is excluding for people with visual disabilities, and although currently there are all kinds of standards that require the adaptation of public spaces for the disabled, it is not used to implement appropriate solutions for the blind. Transmilenio is currently the most widely used and widely used mass transit system for the entire population of Bogotá, and has an adequate service to facilitate its use to its users in full visual capacity. An alert voice system that informs the destination stations in buses is useful for users who can not know this information in a natural way. In the stations there is no specific type of help for the blind, making the task of the user difficult in the visual impairment of this system. Know the bus that has just arrived, know where the station stops the bus that can be taken, identify the routes that arrive at the station, and even know the section in which the service should be expected from some examples of the present problems for a blind person. It is therefore necessary to develop a device capable of supporting the way in which users in a state of visual disability develop within the public transport system Transmilenio © integrating computer, electronic and mechanical systems aimed at making a part of the solution to this need.en
