La gestión humana como determinante en el crecimiento de una pyme familiar colombiana

Abstract

La presente investigación es de tipo cualitativo con corte transversal, teniendo en cuenta que se realizó un estudio descriptivo basado en el paradigma histórico hermenéutico el cual buscó comprender e interpretar la realidad de la gestión humana en una pyme familiar colombiana tomando como punto de partida su realidad social; se planteó la importancia de contar con un área de gestión humana estructurada y cómo esta es determinante para el crecimiento de la empresa. El propósito de la investigación es realizar el diseño de un modelo de gestión de humana teniendo en cuenta las condiciones actuales de la empresa identificando posibilidades de mejora en el área y sus procesos; con el fin de contribuir al crecimiento de la pyme y de sus trabajadores.

The present investigation is of qualitative type with cross section, taking into account that a descriptive study based on the hermeneutical historical paradigm was carried out which sought to understand and interpret the reality of human management in a Colombian family taking as starting point its social reality; the importance of having a structured human management area was considered and how this is determinant for the growth of the company. The purpose of the research is to design a human management model considering the current conditions of the company, identifying possibilities for improvement in the area and its processes; to contribute to the growth of the pymes and its workers.
