Formulación del programa de uso eficiente y ahorro del agua para el municipio de ventaquemada, boyaca

Abstract

En el presente proyecto, busca la formulación del programa de Uso eficiente y ahorro del agua para el municipio de Ventaquemada, por lo que se hace necesario que la poblacion se sensibilice y haga un uso efiente del recurso mediante los diferentes programas que establece la Guia de Planeacion del Programa de Uso Eficiente y Ahorro del agua -PUEAA, la cual pretende que el municpio el cual pertenece a la Coporacion Autonoma Regional de Chivor - CORPOCHIVOR, implemente este programa, con el fin de ayudar a la comunidad y a la entidad prestadora del servicio de acueducto a dar cumplimiento a lo regalmentado a la Ley 373 de 1997. El PUEAA, es una herramienta de planificacion que busca generar acciones, proponer soluciones y alternativas que permitan un manejo regulado y adecuado del recurso hidrico y asi crear conciencia sobre el cuidado del medio ambiente; a partir de alli se manejo una metodologia apropiada para poder dar una serie de soluciones a traves de ciertas actividades que se identificaron a partir de un trabajo articulado con algunos sectores publicos y privados del municipio de Ventaquemada. La formulacion del Plan de Uso eficiente y ahorro del agua, busca optimizar la eficiencia operacional, mejorar el uso y aprovechamiento, y por sobre todo conservar este recurso tan valioso para el futuro; se desarrollan programas y actividades encaminadas al ahorro y uso eficiente del agua. Así mismo se analiza la importancia de la participación de los diferentes actores identificados en el municipio (sector público, sector privado y sociedad civil).

In the present project, it seeks the formulation of the program for the efficient use and saving of water for the municipality of Ventaquemada, for which reason it is necessary for the population to become aware and make efficient use of the resource through the different programs established by the Guide to Planning of the Program of Efficient Use and Saving of water -PUEAA, which intends that the municipality which belongs to the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Chivor -CORPOCHIVOR, implement this program, in order to help the community and the entity providing the service of aqueduct to comply with the provisions of Law 373 of 1997. The PUEAA, is a planning tool that seeks to generate actions, propose solutions and alternatives that allow a regulated and adequate management of the water resource and thus create awareness about caring for the environment; From there, an appropriate methodology was managed to be able to provide a series of solutions through certain activities that were identified from an articulated work with some public and private sectors of the municipality of Ventaquemada. The formulation of the Plan for the efficient use and saving of water seeks to optimize operational efficiency, improve the use and exploitation, and above all, conserve this valuable resource for the future; Programs and activities aimed at saving and efficient use of water are developed. Likewise, the importance of the participation of the different actors identified in the municipality (public sector, private sector and civil society) is analyzed.
