Creación del departamento de suministros y materiales en la empresa Tecnioriente Well Services And Generation S.A.S.

Abstract

Crear el departamento de suministros y materiales en la empresa Tecnioriente Well Services and Generation S.A.S, con el fin de mitigar los percances que se tienen en la entrega oportuna de las solicitudes, planificando las fases de compras, abastecimiento y suministro de las áreas operativas, permitiendo tomar decisiones financieras al momento de negociar precios con los proveedores. La problemática asociada a este proyecto es la deficiencia de criterios, parámetros y políticas prestablecidas, que orienten la toma de decisiones sobre los insumos que requieran, generando dificultades financieras de organización. La entrevista fue el mecanismo para obtener la información que desarrolló los objetivos planteados, realizándose visitas a la sede operativa donde se evidencio la problemática mencionada. El presente estudio implementó un modelo de gestión de proyecto creando el departamento de suministro y materiales en la empresa Tecnoriente Wells Services and Generation S.A.S.

Create the department of supplies and materials in the company Tecnioriente Well Services and Generation SAS, in order to mitigate the mishaps that are in the timely delivery of applications, planning the phases of procurement, supply and supply of operational areas, allowing make financial decisions when negotiating prices with suppliers. The problem associated with this project is the deficiency of pre-established criteria, parameters and policies, which guide the decision-making on the inputs that they require, generating financial difficulties of organization. The interview was the mechanism to obtain the information that developed the proposed objectives, making visits to the operational headquarters where the mentioned problem was evidenced. The present study implemented a project management model creating the supply and material department in the company Tecnoriente Wells Services and Generation S.A.S.
