Abstract

El Servicio de Autenticación Biométrica Certivoz, es una alternativa para que los miembros de las fuerzas militares y de policía, especialmente los que trabajan en lugares recónditos del país puedan radicar sus trámites de Cesantías a través de una llamada telefónica. Para llevarlo a cabo se realizó la adquisición de firmas biométricas, enrolamiento de afiliados y certificados de autenticación por cada uno de ellos, desarrollo de software para integrar las firmas biométricas con el Gestor Documental y el Core de Negocio que administra las cuentas individuales de los afiliados y así lograr que en un solo repositorio documental se encuentre la trazabilidad y soportes de los trámites biométricos presentados por los afiliados. El proyecto tuvo una inversión de $334,279.668, un tiempo de implementación de 177 días y se proyecta que el retorno de inversión se alcance a los 36 meses de evolución del proyecto.
