Evaluación financiera de la implementación de una aplicación móvil para el desarrollo del ecoturismo en Colombia. Naturapp 1.0 nueva alternativa de viaje ecológico

Abstract

Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se visualiza una oportunidad de mercado en el sector turístico teniendo en cuenta que Colombia es un país que si bien es cierto tiene un potencial inmenso en turismo por su ecología (Ruiz, 2014), ubicación estratégica continental y biodiversidad, presenta una reducida influencia e impacto en este sector de la economía. Colombia se destaca por ser el segundo país suramericano con mayor diversidad ecológica, gracias a que es atravesada por la cordillera de los Andes lo cual hace que este país presente una variedad climática desde un frio Páramo hasta un cálido clima desértico en cada región, desde el sur limitando con Brasil y Ecuador cuenta con exuberantes selvas tropicales en el Amazonas bañado por uno de los ríos más grandes del planeta con el mismo nombre. La elaboración de presente documento permitió identificar que los supuestos que se tenían inicialmente acerca del turismo en Colombia y Dubai eran muy diferentes. Puntualmente se creía que el rubro más importante de la economía en Dubai era el turismo, y por otra parte que el turismo en Colombia era casi nulo en la ponderación del PIB. Por otra parte, el acercamiento a la información de los PNN permitió identificar la riqueza con que cuenta Colombia en relación a su biodiversidad. Además de lo rigurosa que es la protección a dichos espacios pues representan un valor importante en el ecosistema del país.

For the development of this project, a market opportunity is visualized in the tourism sector taking into account that Colombia is a country that, although it is true, has immense tourism potential due to its ecology (Ruiz, 2014), continental strategic location and biodiversity, it has a reduced influence and impact on this sector of the economy. Colombia stands out for being the second South American country with the greatest ecological diversity, thanks to the fact that it is crossed by the Andes mountain range which makes this country present a variety of climates from a cold Paramo to a warm desert climate in each region, from the south bordering Brazil and Ecuador has lush rain forests in the Amazon bathed by one of the largest rivers on the planet with the same name. The preparation of this document allowed us to identify that the assumptions that were initially made about tourism in Colombia and Dubai were very different. Punctually it was believed that the most important item of the economy in Dubai was tourism, and on the other hand that tourism in Colombia was almost nil in the weighting of GDP. On the other hand, the approach to the PNN information allowed identifying the wealth that Colombia has in relation to its biodiversity. In addition to the rigorous protection of these spaces, they represent an important value in the country's ecosystem.
