Construcción de estufas ecoeficientes para la población rural del municipio de Támara

Abstract

En el presente documento contempla el proyecto para la construcción de estufas ecoeficientes y huertos leñeros en el municipio de Támara; Siendo la cocina el lugar donde la familia prepara los alimentos, se integra y comparte más frecuentemente, se identifica una problemática sentida que está afectando la salud, el tiempo de preparación de los alimentos y se está generando un impacto ambiental por la deforestación y la quema de leña; es así que la administración municipal de Támara “Un Nuevo Horizonte Para Todos 2016-2019” hoy busca fortalecer el sector rural a través de la formulación del proyecto de construcción de estufas de leña eficientes que nos permitan mejorar las condiciones de vida de los pobladores beneficiarios, reducir el impacto ambiental por la tala de bosques para leña, las emisiones de dióxido de carbono producto de la combustión para la cocción de los alimentos, reducción del tiempo de cocción de los alimentos (tiempo que se puede emplear para lograr un territorio más productivo y competitivo) y la reducción de problemas en la salud por la exposición a los gases producto de la combustión de la leña.
