Formulación de un plan de Negocio Centrado en Aviturismo, como Alternativa para la Gestión Integral de la Biodiversidad y los Servicios Ecosistémicos (GIBSE), con la Metodología del “Design Thinking”. (Caso de Estudio Haciendas Cafeteras del Municipio de Viotá -C/marca)

Abstract

Esta propuesta de investigación se pensó desde el paradigma constructivista, del Aviturismo como una estrategia de la gestión Integral de la Biodiversidad y los Servicios Ecosistémicos (GIBSE), que permite generar un ingreso económico a los productores agropecuarios de las Haciendas cafeteras del Municipio de Viotá, bajo un Plan de Negocio incluyente y participativo ante a un contexto de fragilidad social, y que al mismo tiempo permita hacer una adecuada administración ambiental de los recursos naturales del municipio, con ayuda de la implementación de la metodología del Design Thinking como estrategia didáctica articuladora a través de la línea metodológica de investigación acción-participación, exploración que surgió en respuesta a la oportunidad de dinamizar de formas creativas y disruptivas el esquema actual de producción agrícola con técnicas tradicionales, y de cómo se podría potencializar la generación de productos de servicio con un valor agregado en el territorio, como lo es el Aviturismo que nos permite integrar de manera satisfactoria, el cuidado de la naturaleza, historia y arquitectura, en cada una de las rutas y paquetes turísticos, resaltando las haciendas cafeteras, los caminos reales y su patrimonio cultural, dando como resultado la consolidación de la agencia de viajes Birding And Coffee, legalmente constituida, la cual diseño 5 Rutas que resaltan cada uno de los valores anteriormente mencionados, así como la evaluación de los impactos ambientales del proyecto, donde se establecieron los planes de mitigación, compensación y restauración necesarias para el cuidado del medio ambiente, también se realizó los estudios económicos y financieros que nos permiten evidenciar la viabilidad del proyecto y como se puede replicar en otros escenarios.

This research proposal was thought from the constructivist paradigm, of Avitourism as a strategy of the Integral Management of Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (GIBSE), which allows to generate an economic income to the agricultural producers of the coffee farms of the Municipality of Viota, under an inclusive and participatory Business Plan in a context of social fragility, and that at the same time allows an adequate environmental management of the natural resources of the municipality, with the help of the implementation of the Design Thinking methodology as an articulating didactic strategy through the methodological line of action-participatory research, exploration that arose in response to the opportunity to dynamize in creative and disruptive ways the current scheme of agricultural production with traditional techniques, and how it could potentialize the generation of service products with an added value in the territory, as is the Avitourism that allows us to integrate in a satisfactory way, the care of nature, history and architecture, in each of the routes and tourist packages, highlighting the coffee farms, the royal roads and its cultural heritage, resulting in the consolidation of the travel agency Birding And Coffee, legally constituted, which designed 5 routes that highlight each of the aforementioned values, as well as the evaluation of the environmental impacts of the project, where mitigation, compensation and restoration plans necessary for the care of the environment were established, also economic and financial studies were conducted that allow us to demonstrate the feasibility of the project and how it can be replicated in other scenarios.
