Estudios y diseños del nuevo ciclopuente peatonal localizado en la Avenida Boyacá por calle 86ª sobre el Río Arzobispo, en Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

El proyecto corresponde a una consultoría de Estudios y Diseños, la cual tiene como finalidad adelantar los “Estudios y diseños del nuevo ciclopuente peatonal localizado en la avenida Boyacá por calle 86ª sobre el rio Arzobispo, en Bogotá D.C”. Con la proyección de este nuevo ciclopuente se busca mejorar la movilidad de los peatones y biciusuarios brindando un mayor espacio con un tablero del doble del ancho del existente, que además de permitir una mayor comodidad, ofrecerá otras características importantes relacionadas con la seguridad vial, accesibilidad, inclusión y mejores zonas de espacio urbano. Así mismo, es de resaltar el gran beneficio social que traerá consigo el diseño y la posterior construcción de este ciclopuente, al permitir la reubicación de vendedores informales, aumentar el confort de los usuarios, permitir una mejor seguridad, ya que podrá estar vigilado en una mayor proporción por las autoridades. Igualmente, no habrá afectación a la movilidad de vehículos que circulan por la Avenida Boyacá, haciendo que esta vía principal de la ciudad continúe sus flujos de manera adecuada, sin ser interrumpido, además de resguardar la seguridad en todo momento tanto de ciclistas como de peatones y demás actores viales. Finalmente, el nuevo ciclopuente permitirá una correlación integral con el espacio público y paisajismo, criterios fundamentales del Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial (POT) actual de la ciudad “Bogotá Reverdece”, siendo una total innovación de imagen para la ciudad, la cual cuenta con muy pocas estructuras ingenieriles y urbano-arquitectónicas, que permitan la solución integral de varios conflictos sociales, ambientales, económicos, urbanísticos, entre otros.

The project corresponds to a Study and Design consultancy, whose purpose is to carry out the "Studies and designs of the new pedestrian cycle bridge located on “Avenida Boyacá” on 86th street on the “Rio Arzobispo”, in Bogotá D.C." With the projection of this new cycle bridge, the aim is to improve the mobility of pedestrians and bicyclists by providing a greater space with a deck twice the width of the existing one, which, in addition to allowing greater comfort, will present other important characteristics related to road safety, the accessibility, inclusion and better areas of urban space. Likewise, it is worth highlighting the great social benefit that the design and subsequent construction of this cycle bridge will bring, by allowing the relocation of informal vendors, increasing the comfort of users, allowing better security, since it can be monitored in a greater proportion by the authorities. Likewise, there will be no impact on the mobility of vehicles that circulate on Boyacá Avenue, making this main road of the city continue its flows appropriately, without being interrupted, in addition to always safeguarding the safety of both cyclists and pedestrians. and other road actors. Finally, the new cycle bridge will allow a comprehensive correlation with the public space and landscaping, fundamental criteria of the current Territorial Planning Plan (POT) of the city “Bogotá Reverdece”, being a total image innovation for the city, which has very few engineering and urban-architectural structures that allow for the comprehensive solution of various social, environmental, economic, urban planning conflicts, among others.
