Abstract

El proyecto “Creación de plataforma de control web para el manejo de la información de productos avícolas en granja”, está enfocado para el mejoramiento en la efectividad, eficiencia y productividad y gestión en los procesos de digitalización de la información. Tiene como fin la automatización de los formatos manuales que cada granja debe diligenciar para el control de inventarios de pollos y alimentos procesados que se comercializan a nivel nacional. Este proyecto surge de las necesidades que se vienen presentando a nivel gerencial, administrativo y operativo, ya que la información no se obtiene en tiempo real, no es precisa, generando sobrecostos en la operación, como exceso en el uso del papel, del agua, de la energía y demás insumos para el cuidado avícola, como vitaminas, vacunas, entre otros. Adicional está generando tensiones y mal entendidos entre las personas involucradas en el proceso, fallas en la cadena de suministros y en la distribución de los productos; por esto la importancia y la génesis del proyecto en lograr automatizar las tareas que son repetitivas y manuales, reduciendo errores humanos. Con la inversión que los socios desean realizar para el alcance del objetivo final, conducirá a una gestión más eficiente en el proceso de las granjas, a tener información en línea, relevante y concisa, que conllevará a un ahorro de costos significativos, a una producción avícola más sostenible, a mantenerse competitivo en la industria, a atraer nuevos clientes o inversionistas que buscan prácticas sostenibles y eficientes; y en un tiempo determinado el retorno de la inversión se verá reflejado en indicadores favorables para la compañía. A continuación, veremos cuáles son las herramientas, metodologías y mejores prácticas tomadas del PMBOK en su sexta versión para cumplir con los objetivos trazados por la compañía ALBACUN S.A. y lograr el éxito del proyecto.

With the investment that the partners wish to make to achieve the final objective, it will lead to more efficient management in the farm process, to having online, relevant and concise information, which will lead to significant cost savings, a production more sustainable poultry farming, to remain competitive in the industry, to attract new clients or investors looking for sustainable and efficient practices; and in a certain time the return on investment will be reflected in favorable indicators for the company. Next, we will see what the tools, methodologies and best practices are taken from the PMBOK in its sixth version to meet the objectives set by the company ALBACUN S.A. and achieve the success of the project.
