Turismo de negocios enfocado a la sostenibilidad en los países de la alianza del Pacífico

Abstract

El presente trabajo busca brindar una perspectiva comparativa del sector turístico y su segmento de negocios y reuniones a nivel global de manera general y más detallada en los países que conforman la Alianza del Pacifico, dando una mirada hacia un enfoque más sostenible y resiliente con el medio ambiente y analizar el impacto económico a nivel regional y las diferentes variables directas e indirectas por la cuales ha atravesado la historia del turismo hasta hoy. Del mismo modo, según los datos disponibles, se analiza el segmento negocios y reuniones, unos de los más importantes dentro de la economía turística y a su vez, el más susceptible a los cambios externos globales.

Por tanto, la finalidad de este proyecto de estudio e investigación es plantear una revisión a detalle con respecto a la transformación del sector turístico y la manera como ha logrado acoplarse a las crisis mundiales y sus nefastas circunstancias en la mayor parte de los casos.

This paper seeks to provide a comparative perspective of the tourism sector and its business segment and meetings globally in a general and more detailed way in the countries that make up the Pacific Alliance, looking towards a more sustainable and resilient approach to the environment and analysing the economic impact at regional level and the different direct and indirect variables through which it has traversed the history of tourism until today. Similarly, according to the available data, the business and meetings segment is analyzed, one of the most important within the tourism economy and in turn, the most susceptible to global external changes. Therefore, the purpose of this study and research project is to propose a detailed review regarding the transformation of the tourism sector and how it has managed to adapt to the global crises and their dire circumstances in most cases.
