Automatización contable de cuentas por pagar a proveedores en Sodimac Colombia S.A.

Abstract

En este proyecto de grado se dará a conocer el proyecto AUTOMATIZACIÓN CONTABLE DE CUENTAS POR PAGAR A PROVEEDORES EN SODIMAC COLOMBIA S.A el cual ofrecerá a la compañía la oportunidad de mantener un registro contable, organizado y eficiente que mejorará los indicadores contables manejados por la empresa. El proyecto surge bajo la necesidad que presenta el área contable y la implementación de desarrollos tecnológicos similares en el sector, ya que las nuevas tecnologías están ofreciendo una oportunidad de mejora continua. Esto permitirá tener un manejo electrónico de facturas recibidas con el fin de mejorar los procesos de comunicación con los entes reguladores, de tal manera que se maneje un proceso estándar y entendible para las partes; de igual manera será beneficioso para el personal actual ya que disminuirá tiempos y carga laboral que se presenta por el proceso que se ha llevado a cabo.

In this degree project, the project ACCOUNTING AUTOMATION OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE TO SUPPLIERS IN SODIMAC COLOMBIA S.A, which will offer the company the opportunity to maintain an organized and efficient accounting record that will improve the accounting indicators managed by the company. The project arises from the need presented by the accounting area and the implementation of similar technological developments in the sector, since new technologies are offering an opportunity for continuous improvements. It will allow to have an electronic handling of invoices received in order to improve the communication processes with the regulatory entities, in such a way that a standard and understandable process is managed for the parties; in the same way, it will be beneficial for the current staff since it will reduce the time and workload that is presented by the process that has been carried out.
