| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como finalidad dar a conocer a los caficultores de la finca ‘’La Gloria’’, ubicada en la vereda La Esperanza, municipio de La Mesa, Cundinamarca, como se puede llegar a conseguir certificaciones internacionales de café y de esta manera abarcar más mercados y ganar posicionamiento a nivel internacional. Hoy en día las certificadoras internacionales son exigentes con los requisitos que las mismas piden, puesto que certifican un producto el cual genera confianza al consumidor, el Mercado de hoy exige productos responsables con el medio ambiente, la Sociedad, la flora y la fauna, las buenas prácticas y la equidad e igualdad de géneros, es por ello que la finca ´´ La Gloria´´ tiene la oportunidad de trabajar en cumplir con los requisitos exigidos, siguiendo a cabalidad los procesos para poder obtenerlas.
El Mercado al que se espera llegar es un Mercado exigente que a su vez puede pagar el precio que se imponga por conseguir el producto, es por ello por lo que se debe velar porque los caficultores se capaciten y adquieran sentido de pertenencia al trabajar por llevar a cabo procesos que permitirán certificarse y a su vez aporten conocimiento y experiencia para innovar en procesos que permitan ofrecer un producto mejorado.
La finca ´´ La Gloria´´ tiene todo el potencial para poder ofrecer un producto certificado al Mercado internacional, al contar con caficultores que se encargan de aplicar los mejores procesos y buenas prácticas a los cultivos, diversidad en flora y fauna, a contar con árboles que permiten dar al café un sombrío natural y a su vez la polinización que se logra gracias a la variedad de aves e insectos, que permiten dar a los granos de café notas achocolatadas y ácidas, logrando así un café único. Es por ello por lo que se capacitará a los caficultores para poder realizar un empalme en el que se enteren de los requisitos y procesos a seguir para lograr certificarse y de esta manera el café producido en la finca logre el posicionamiento esperado, a su vez, se trabaja por recuperar la utilidad en el proceso y usar menos intermediarios,
Se ampliará la información a los caficultores para lograr cumplir con los requisitos y así mismo incentivarlos a velar por conseguirlos. A largo plazo se espera beneficiar a la finca y al caficultor, trabajando por continuar con el cumplimiento de los procesos y en un futuro abarcar más mercados. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to inform the coffee growers of the "La Gloria" farm, located in
the village of La Esperanza, municipality of La Mesa, Cundinamarca, how to get international
coffee certifications and in this way cover more markets and gain positioning internationally.
Today the international certifiers are demanding with the requirements that they ask for, since
they certify a product which generates consumer confidence, the market today requires products
that are responsible for the environment, society, flora and fauna, good practices and gender
equity and equality, that is why the farm ´´ La Gloria´´ has the opportunity to work to meet the
requirements, fully following the processes to obtain them.
The Market that is expected to reach is a demanding Market that in turn can pay the price that is
imposed to get the product, that is why it must be ensured that coffee farmers are trained and
acquire a sense of belonging by working to carry out processes that will allow certification and in
turn contribute knowledge and experience to innovate in processes that allow offering an
improved product.
The ´´ La Gloria´´ farm has all the potential to be able to offer a certified product to the
international market, having coffee farmers who are in charge of applying the best processes and
good practices to crops, diversity in flora and fauna, to count on Trees that allow the coffee to
give a natural shade and at the same time the pollination that is achieved thanks to the variety of
birds and insects, which allow giving the coffee beans chocolate and acid notes, thus achieving a
unique coffee. That is why coffee farmers will be trained to carry out a joint in which they learn
the requirements and processes to follow to achieve certification and in this way the coffee
