Propuesta de intervención basada en la gestión del conocimiento para la formación de competencias en el manejo de las TIC`S del cuerpo docente del jardín infantil Los Pequeños de Rafael Pombo

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo presentar la propuesta de intervención basada en la gestión del conocimiento para la formación de competencias en el manejo de tics del cuerpo docente jardín infantil los pequeños de Rafael Pombo., dada la importancia que este tiene en el desarrollo de las actividades académicas, toda vez que facilitará y generará nuevo conocimiento a aquellos docentes que no cuentan con una alta comprensión y manejo de las tecnologías de información y comunicación lo que constituye una nueva forma de verlas y para los que ya cuenten con alguna experiencia en el manejo estas se consolide como un plus para la institución y para el cuerpo docente. Según Flórez (2001), el conocimiento no es un proceso estático, sino un proceso dinámico que permanece en constante desarrollo. “La aparición y creciente importancia del conocimiento como un nuevo factor de producción” hace que el desarrollo de tecnologías, metodologías y estrategias para su medición, creación y difusión se convierta en una de las principales prioridades de las organizaciones en la actualidad y en un elemento indispensable para el desarrollo económico y social. En el sector de servicios se encuentran las pymes dedicadas a la prestación de servicios de educación y para el caso concreto de esta investigación el personal docente del jardín infantil los pequeños de Rafael Pombo se ven altamente afectados por la transformación que se venía dando desde ya hace un quinquenio en el manejo de las denominadas TIC´S.

The objective of this research work is to present the intervention proposal based on knowledge management for the training of competences in the management of tics of the kindergarten teaching body the small ones by Rafael Pombo, given the importance that this has in development of academic activities, since it will facilitate and generate new knowledge to those teachers who do not have a high understanding and management of information and communication technologies, which constitutes a new way of seeing them and for those who already have some experience in the management of these is consolidated as a plus for the institution and for the teaching body.
