Abstract

Los centros penitenciarios como equipamiento especial e indispensable en el territorio y la sociedad, han tenido la función de proteger y garantizar el cumplimiento de las sanciones dispuestas por ley, mediante la aplicación de medidas de reclusión y aseguramiento, en espacios cerrados y aislados de la comunidad durante periodos de tiempo, donde se pueda ejecutar un sistema gradual y progresivo para el tratamiento de internos.

En este periodo de tiempo en detención se debe garantizar al interno sin ningún tipo de recelo, un lugar y ambiente que no atente contra su integridad física y su desarrollo como ser humano, el cual propicie oportunidades de aprendizaje, educación, y trabajo, que le permitan aprovechar y desarrollar herramientas para una integración social, luego de finalizar su estadía en el centro penitenciario.

El planteamiento arquitectónico la colonia agrícola es quien se encarga de mitigar en gran medida las problemáticas recurrentes, este se desarrolla como una alternativa coherente entre zonas de uso penitenciario y procesos de resocialización que estos sindicados deben tener, que proporciona espacios en condiciones óptimas y educativas durante el periodo de reclusión del sindicado, para generar una forma duradera de interacción al interior del centro penitenciario incluyendo un concepto de trabajo basado en una granja integral que mantiene procesos de sostenibilidad.

The Architectural Approach The agricultural colony is in charge of greatly mitigating recurrent problems, it develops as a coherent alternative between zones of penitentiary use and processes of resocialization that these unions should have, it provides spaces in optimal and educational conditions during the period of confinement of the syndicated, to generate a lasting form of interaction within the penitentiary center including a concept of restraint.
