Espacio público como integrador de la experiencia del pasajero en el Terminal de Transporte Intermunicipal en Chiquinquirá, Boyacá

Abstract

Esta investigación, busca lograr el diseño y reubicar el terminal de transporte de pasajeros en el municipio de Chiquinquirá, enfocando su diseño en la experiencia que va a tener el pasajero dentro y fuera de este, ya que actualmente cuenta con una infraestructura insuficiente para las necesidades que este presenta por ser centro económico y comercial del occidente de Boyacá. Los terminales de transporte cumplen un papel muy importante en la movilidad, siendo nodos de articulación entre la cuidad y la región o el país, de esta menara primero se requiere de una infraestructura de fácil conexión a vías principales, siendo así estará ubicado por la vía circunvalar que conecta con las principales ciudades Colombia como lo son Bogotá, Bucaramanga, occidente de Boyacá y Tunja, segundo, que sea eficiente tanto para la movilidad como para el pasajero, para esto es necesario que cuenta entradas y salidas, paradas de buses interurbanos y parqueaderos, zonas administrativas, zonas de servicios, zonas de abordaje y descenso, zona de taquillas, salas de espera y estación de gasolina, adicionalmente diferentes usos como comercio para que la estadía allí sea agradable y por último responsable con el medio ambiente por el impacto que esta infraestructura presenta, para esto el proyecto se ubicara de forma que atienda a la tensión natural del sol para que este atienda a todas las fachadas por ser un clima frio, la integración con el paisaje inmediato y la vegetación como barrera, como protección y como estética. El diseño del terminal va a tener como determinante principal el espacio público, siendo el eje principal para la experiencia del pasajero y como elemento integrador del elemento arquitectónico, por medio de estrategias de diseño como bordes urbanos que determinan plazoletas donde se configuran las permanencias como la planta la libre con diferentes actividades, recorridos rápidos y lentos para pasajeros y para los buses, así mismo busca la relación interior y exterior con su entorno inmediato estrategias para una estructura esquelética y de sostenibilidad en todo el proyecto.

This research seeks to design and relocate the passenger transport terminal in the municipality of Chiquinquirá, focusing its design on the experience that the passenger will have inside and outside of it, since it currently has insufficient infrastructure for the needs that this presents for being the economic and commercial center of western Boyacá. Transport terminals play a very important role in mobility, being articulation nodes between the city and the region or the country, thus first an infrastructure of easy connection to main roads is required, being thus located by the road bypass that connects with the main cities of Colombia such as Bogotá, Bucaramanga, western Boyacá and Tunja, second, that is efficient both for mobility and for the passenger, for this it is necessary that it has entrances and exits, interurban bus stops and parking lots, administrative areas, service areas, boarding and disembarking areas, ticket office area, waiting rooms and gas station, additionally different uses such as commerce so that the stay there is pleasant and finally responsible with the environment for the impact that this infrastructure presents, for this the project will be located in a way that attends to the natural tension of the sun so that it attends to all You give the facades for being a cold climate, the integration with the immediate landscape and the vegetation as a barrier, as protection and as aesthetics. The design of the terminal will have the public space as the main determinant, being the main axis for the passenger experience and as an integrating element of the architectural element, through design strategies such as urban edges that determine squares where the permanence such as the The free plant with different activities, fast and slow routes for passengers and buses, likewise seeks the interior and exterior relationship with its immediate surroundings, strategies for a skeletal structure and sustainability throughout the project.
