Abstract

Bogotá se ha ido transformando según las necesidades de la población, uno de los últimos cambios ha sido el transporte como el transmicable que se encuentra ubicado en la localidad de Ciudad Bolívar al sur de la ciudad, una de sus estaciones se ubica en el barrio el Paraíso Mirador que corresponde a la UPZ de Lucero, donde los habitantes que viven allí buscan la innovación, la transformación y un cambio en el concepto de opinión que los bogotanos tienen acerca de este sector. Al llegar a este lugar se puede observar las oportunidades que presenta esta zona de mejoramiento integral, como la topografía y el mirador Illimani, donde se puede ver una gran parte de la ciudad. Sin embargo no cuenta con un equipamiento que contenga espacios de cultura y recreación, por lo cual se plantea un Centro recreativo, deportivo y de artes, que ofrezca diferentes actividades orientadas para todas las edades, donde se aprovecha su ubicación para generar un diseño escalonado y que tenga una visual hacia la ciudad, generando una identidad propia del lugar e involucrando sus grafitis, un plus característico de este barrio, el cual genera apropiación por parte de sus habitantes y promueva el interés turístico, mejorando la calidad de vida de quienes habitan está zona.

However, it does not have an equipment that contains spaces for culture and recreation, for which a recreational, sports and arts center is proposed, which offers different activities aimed at all ages, where its location is used to generate a staggered design and that has a visual towards the city, generating an identity of the place and involving its graffiti, a characteristic plus of this neighborhood, which generates appropriation by its inhabitants and promotes tourist interest, improving the quality of life of those who inhabit this zone.
