Revitalización del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de la pesca artesanal escenario de patrimonio y cultura en Bochica, Cartagena

Abstract

En el presente proyecto se llega a entender el patrimonio cultural inmaterial de la pesca artesanal en el corregimiento de Bocachica, ubicado en la isla de tierra bomba, como el objetivo principal el cual se quiere revitalizar. Siendo la pesca artesanal la mayor actividad comercial de la isla y la cual también fue denominada como un patrimonio cultural inmaterial en el año 2019.

El proyecto se localiza en el corregimiento de Bocachica, la cual se encuentra ubicada en la zona suburbana de Cartagena, está siendo la ciudad de entrada a los esclavos en tiempos de colonización, afectando directamente la comunidad indígena existente y su cultura, generando cambios socioculturales y económicos.

Por esta razón, se plantea como tema principal del proyecto la Pesca artesanal, la cual a medida de los años ha desarrollado distintas afectaciones, por la transculturación, el turismo y la actividad portuaria.

Por esta razón se plantea como objetivo general, el proporcionar a la comunidad un espacio el cual refleje la cultura y patrimonio del territorio, por medio de una propuesta paisajística la cual integrará distintas actividades y plazas que se enlazaran a través de un corredor.

Llegándose a esto a través de una metodología, la cual comprende 3 etapas, la primera de estas es el diagnóstico, este consta del estudio y del análisis de todos los aspectos del lugar, la segunda es la interpretación de resultados, y la tercera el aporte al desarrollo paisajístico de Bocachica.

El proyecto toma la revitalización como base para la creación de la propuesta el patrimonio cultural inmaterial de la pesca y su costa marítima, ofreciendo la capacitación, producción y venta de estos productos, integrando el turismo sostenible para el aumento de la actividad económica del sector.

In this project, the intangible cultural heritage of artisanal fishing in the Bocachica district, located on the island of Tierra Bomba, is understood as the main objective which is to be revitalized. Being artisanal fishing the largest commercial activity on the island and which was also named as an intangible cultural heritage in 2019. The project is located in the Bocachica district, which is located in the suburban area of Cartagena, it is being the city of entry to slaves in times of colonization, directly affecting the existing indigenous community and its culture, generating sociocultural changes and economic. For this reason, the main theme of the project is Artisanal Fishing, which over the years has developed different effects, due to transculturation, tourism and port activity. For this reason, the general objective is to provide the community with a space that reflects the culture and heritage of the territory, through a landscaping proposal that will integrate different activities and squares that are linked through a corridor. Reaching this through a methodology, which comprises 3 stages, the first of these is the diagnosis, this consists of the study and analysis of all aspects of the place, the second is the interpretation of results, and the third the contribution to the landscape development of Bocachica. The project takes revitalization as the basis for the creation of the proposal for the intangible cultural heritage of fishing and its maritime coast, offering training, production and sale of these products, integrating sustainable tourism to increase the economic activity of the sector.
