Centro de Desarrollo Humano para niñas, niños y jóvenes del barrio Alfonso López en Bogotá

Abstract

El tema fundamental de estudio es el Centro de Desarrollo Humano para niñas, niños y jóvenes del barrio Alfonso López, localidad de Usme en Bogotá. El proyecto tiene como objetivo principal el desarrollo arquitectónico de un equipamiento para niñas, niños y jóvenes en el barrio Alfonso López, que responda de manera óptima a problemáticas del lugar, está ubicado en una localidad marginada a causa de la inseguridad y violencia a lo largo de la historia, y en el que niños y jóvenes tienen pocos lugares para aprovechar el tiempo libre, sin la supervisión de un adulto, por lo que gran parte del día es de ocio, esto los hace más vulnerables al tomar decisiones, por ello surge el cuestionamiento inicial del tema a tratar, ¿qué tipo de equipamiento demanda la población en etapa de escolaridad del barrio Alfonso López que responda a las necesidades espaciales, a las dinámicas del desarrollo individual y social para incentivar su proceso de crecimiento? Para responder esta pregunta, el proyecto inicia con el análisis a escala macro, meso y micro de los usos que se desarrollan, las vías, la estructura ambiental, la demografía, el desarrollo educativo, las necesidades del lugar y su población, y buscando conocer y entender a la población mediante sus formas de habitar, su entorno, para así conocer las necesidades y aspectos a mejorar en cuanto a equipamientos complementarios a la educación. Este Centro de Desarrollo Humano no solo ayudará desarrollar habilidades, el autorreconocimiento, el desarrollo humano de las niñas, niños y jóvenes, sino que también a fortalecer la interacción entre sí y una apropiación del territorio mediante una adaptación social, haciendo efectivo el funcionamiento espacial interior y exterior del proyecto con elementos sensoriales mediante texturas, colores y formas, estimulando el aprendizaje y aptitudes, se parte de los métodos educativos como Montessori, Waldorf, High Scope y Reggio Emilia para la aplicación del modelo arquitectónico.

The main objective of the project is the architectural development of a facility for children and young people in the Alfonso López neighborhood, which responds optimally to a problem of the place, is located in a town marginalized due to insecurity and violence throughout history, and in which children and young people have few places to take advantage of free time, without adult supervision, so much of the day is leisure, this is what makes decisions more vulnerable, that's why The initial questioning of the topic to be raised arises, what type of equipment does the population in the school stage of Alfonso López demand, so that it responds to spatial needs, to the dynamics of individual and social development in order to achieve the personal development of each? To answer this question, the project begins with the analysis on a macro, meso and micro scale of the uses found, the routes, the environmental structure, demography, educational development, the needs of the place and its population, and seeking to know and understand the population through their way of living, their environment to know the needs and aspects to improve in terms of complementary equipment to education. This equipment will not only develop skills, self-recognition, personal human development of children and young people, but will also strengthen the interaction between themselves and an appropriation of the territory through social adaptation, making effective the interior and exterior spatial functioning of the project with affectation sensory through textures, colors and stimulating forms of learning and skills, part of educational methods such as Montessori, Waldorf, High Scope and Reggio Emilia for the application of the architectural model.
