Abstract

Los proyectos de vivienda mínima construidos en Europa en la primera posguerra dieron solución a problemas de sobrepoblación en las grandes ciudades, sin embargo, fueron los cambios en la estructura social de las familias, lo que encaminó el desarrollo hacia las viviendas residenciales en varios pisos. No obstante, el devenir de este tipo de construcciones y la racionalización de las mismas, trajo consigo que las edificaciones residenciales actuales se diseñen dando predominio a lo individual frente a lo colectivo y no tengan espacios que permitan crear comunidad. El objetivo de este proyecto es incluir espacios colectivos en un edificio de vivienda existente donde se brinden servicios complementarios. Para esto, se realiza una revisión conceptual y un análisis proyectual de la vivienda y los espacios colectivos en algunas propuestas arquitectónicas que permitan argumentar la conveniencia de vincular nuevos servicios a la vivienda. De esta manera, se presenta una propuesta que toma como área de trabajo un bloque de vivienda residencial existente en Madrid (España), donde se incorpora un nuevo volumen.

The minimal housing projects built in Europe in the first post-war period gave solutions to overcrowding problems in large cities, however, it was the changes in the social structure of families, which led the development towards multi-story residential housing. However, the evolution of this type of construction and the rationalization of the same, brought with it that the current residential buildings are designed giving predominance to the individual over the collective and do not have spaces that allow creating community. The objective of this project is to include collective spaces in an existing housing building where complementary services are provided. For this, a conceptual review and a project analysis of the house and the collective spaces are carried out in some architectural proposals that allow to argue the convenience of linking new services to the house. In this way, a proposal is presented that takes as a work area an existing residential housing block in Madrid (Spain), where a new volume is incorporated.
