Centro cultura y tecnológico de la memoria para la paz y la reconciliación en Puerto López – Meta – Colombia

Abstract

El trabajo presentado a continuación, permite exhibir un proyecto estructural denominado “Centro Cultural y Tecnológico para la Paz y Reconciliación de Puerto Lopez” en la actualidad Puerto López es una municipio ubicado en el departamento del Meta que fortuitamente ha presentado un deterioro y falta de atención por parte la alcaldía, el estado y hasta por la ciudadanía, con el entorno cultural patrimonial del lugar; puesto que después del auge del petróleo el cual se desarrollaba como la base económica principal del municipio, se han encontrado grandes edificaciones (ej. Bibliotecas, museos, parques) en total abandono debido a la violencia de la cual ha sido víctima esta población desde que Puerto López se fundó en 1935. Por lo anterior, en este proyecto se diseñará un lugar turístico y cultural en las cercanías del municipio, donde una interacción de las áreas metropolitanas como (el molino, la balsa, el remolino, el tigre, entre otras) de Puerto López y el Meta. Departamento; de esta manera consolidar un espacio donde se pueda generar una unión cultural entre familias y jóvenes del sector que permita retomar lo vivido en tiempos de conflicto y que ofrezca una plataforma histórica y consolidada para así ayudar a los jóvenes y generar ciudadanía para que tengan información clara sobre lo vivido en su región, buscando así frenar estas situaciones negativas provocadas por la violencia.

The work presented below, allows to exhibit a structural project called "Cultural and Technological Center for Peace and Reconciliation of Puerto Lopez" at present Puerto López is a municipality located in the department of Meta that has fortuitously presented a deterioration and lack of attention on the part of the mayor's office, the state and even by the citizenship with the heritage cultural environment of the place; Since after the oil boom, which developed as the main economic base of the municipality, large buildings (eg libraries, museums, parks) have been found in total abandonment due to the violence of which this population has been a victim since Puerto López was founded in 1935. For the aforementioned, in this project a tourist and cultural place will be designed in the vicinity of the municipality, where an interaction of the metropolitan areas (the mill, the raft, whirlpool, the tiger, among others) of Puerto López and the Meta department; in this way to consolidate a space where a cultural union between families and young people in the sector can be generated that allows to retake what has been experienced in times of conflict and that offers a historical and consolidated platform and thus help young people and generate citizenship to that they have clear information on what has been experienced in their region, thus seeking to stop these negative situations caused by violence.
