Infraestructura hospitalaria adaptable con influencia en la arquitectura terapéutica como catalizador en la salud del paciente

Abstract

A lo largo del tiempo, se ha podido observar una apreciable evolución arquitectónica, las cuales deben tener una visión hacia el futuro y no arraigarse solo al presente en donde estas, no solo deben adaptarse a un presente sino a un posible futuro. En este caso, se toma como tema de investigación y proyecto una infraestructura hospitalaria, que aunque conlleve un alto grado normativo, no contempla métodos de adaptabilidad ante una posible emer-gencia de salud pública. Por otro lado, algunos autores: (Guelli, A. (2013). La influencia de la ar-quitectura en la recuperación del paciente) sugieren que los ambientes hospitalarios actuales no brindan el confort o la salud emocional que el usuario requiere. El municipio de Chía cuenta actualmente con dos edificaciones de salud: La primera, siendo de baja magnitud sin ofrecer una buena cobertura, y la segunda, siendo una clínica especializada pero privada de una EPS. A partir de lo mencionado se plantea proyectar un hospital nivel tres, estableciendo en este su espacio interno adaptable para cualquier posible emergencia de salud pública, implementando el concepto de Healing enviroment y así pro-porcionar una mejora en la salud del paciente. La investigación se llevará a cabo por medio de un aporte teórico sobre cómo manejar la relación de adaptabilidad y el confort terapéuti-co hacia el paciente; un estudio analítico sobre cómo funciona cada concepto y en cuanto a lo formal, el análisis de casos de estudio para la conformación espacial de este. Por consi-guiente, se pretende resaltar como las infraestructuras hospitalarias hoy en día siendo unas edificaciones pensadas con un alto nivel de complejidad, no están preparadas para un posi-ble cambio en su actividad interna, no ofreciendo el confort al paciente en un espacio que debe garantizar la salud.

The research Will be carried out by means of a theoretical contribution on how to manage the relationship of adaptability and therapeutic confort towards the patient: and therapeutic confort towards the patient an analytical study on how each concept Works and as for the formal, the análisis of case studies for the spatial conformation of the concept. Consequently the aim is to highlight how hospital infraestructures, wich today are buildings designed with a high level of complexity, are not prepared for a posible change in their internal antivity and do not offer the patient the confort that a health space should guarantee.
