Especificaciones y elementos técnicos para la construcción de viviendas de interés social para personas con movilidad reducida

Abstract

Una vivienda diseñada o adaptada para las personas con movilidad reducida puede resultar algo complejo si no se tienen presentes las necesidades funcionales del usuario, principalmente si dicha vivienda es de interés social. Estas necesidades pueden ser atendidas creando espacios que permitan el libre movimiento y desarrollo de las actividades cotidianas, y para esto se requiere de una serie de especificaciones y criterios técnicos que conlleven a su realización, las cuales serán más eficientes si se toma como base todos los aspectos antropométricos, ergonométricos, ayudas técnicas de apoyo, normas técnicas y legales. Al aplicar correctamente estas especificaciones y criterios técnicos, desde la concepción de un proyecto de vivienda de interés social, cuyos usuarios pueden llegar a ser personas con movilidad reducida, permitirá no solo evitar gastos futuros, satisfacer necesidades sociales garantizando una vivienda digna y habitable.

A designed or adapted shelter for handicap people can be see it as a complex requirement if it does count by the time of the work with the needs of the owner, mainly if that shelter if given by the state subsidized dwelling. These needs can be handle by creating spaces that allows to handicap people to get a free environment in their most important movements and develop daily activities, because of that, it has to be required a minimum amount of specifications, and technical’s to create that space and movements, as a result, the shelters with benefits with this spaces with all the aspects created by anthropometrical technical requirements, support and technical helps, technical terms and legal terms.

By doing this appliance properly, these specifications and technical requirements from the creation of the shelter, this project and their works of state subsidized dwelling, their owner and tenants with handicap perception, will allowed those owners to have saving by not purchasing or doing works at home trying to change its spaces at home, it ‘s going to be a great opportunity to create a shelter with specific spaces, locations, and conditions for those who don’t have the possibility to live with normal physical activities, and by the end, its guaranteed a property that it worths and will provide a better living for the owner.
