Documentación previa para el diseño del mejoramiento del acueducto con planta de tratamiento de agua potable (PTAP) Vereda Subia municipio de Silvania – Cundinamarca

Abstract

El Objetivo principal del presente documento consiste en llevar a cabo el análisis para la debida ejecución del proyecto “ Documentación Previa para el Diseño del Mejoramiento del Acueducto con Planta de Tratamiento de Agua Potable (PTAP) Vereda Subia Municipio de Silvania – Cundinamarca incluyendo presupuesto de alto nivel ”, sintetizando cada uno de los componentes necesarios en las diferentes fases que lo componen iniciando por su planteamiento inicial y los diferentes antecedentes, posteriormente se llevan a cabo todos los diferentes estudios pertinentes para el adecuado direccionamiento del proyecto, haciendo énfasis primordialmente en el estudio social y ambiental y el estudio económico y financiero, esto teniendo en cuenta su alto nivel de importancia para el proyecto al ser de tipo social; finalmente se desarrolló la fase de inicio y planeación del proyecto, tomando como guía el PMBOK Sexta edición, documento que marcó las pautas necesarias para el desarrollo de todos los planes de gestión que consolidan el Plan de Gestión del Proyecto. El desarrollo de cada uno de estos documentos permitió definir las estrategias más acordes con las cuales se debe realizar la implementación del proyecto, para su correspondiente fase de ejecución, esto con el fin de darle una solución al problema identificado referente al consumo de agua no debidamente tratada.

The main objective of this document is to carry out the analysis for the proper implementation of the project "Previous Documentation for the Design of the Improvement of the Aqueduct with Potable Water Treatment Plant (PTAP) Vereda Subia Municipality of Silvania – Cundinamarca including high-level budget ", synthesizing each of the necessary components in the different phases that make up it starting with its initial approach and the different backgrounds, then all the different studies relevant to the proper management of the project are carried out, emphasizing primarily the social and environmental study and economic and financial study, this taking into account its high level of importance for the project being of a social type; finally the start and planning phase of the project was developed, taking as a guide the PMBOK Sixth edition, document that set us the necessary guidelines for the development of all the management plans that consolidate the management of the Project. The development of each of these documents allowed to define the most appropriate strategies with which the implementation of the project should be carried out, for its corresponding phase of implementation, this in order to give a solution to the identified problem regarding the consumption of water not properly treated.
