Significados Construidos Desde La Nueva Música Colombiana Como Forma De Resistencia Cultural

Abstract

Esta investigación se basó en un estudio de tipo cualitativo interpretativo, a través de la técnica de entrevista semiestructurada, con el fin de identificar los significados construidos, por los jóvenes intérpretes a partir de la nueva música colombiana, como forma de resistencia cultural. El análisis de las narrativas de los jóvenes permite reconocer que en Colombia actualmente se está gestando un movimiento musical denominado nuevas músicas colombianas que responde a un contexto sociocultural resultado de la globalización. Los jóvenes músicos, intérpretes y productores de este género, intentan rescatar los ritmos tradicionales y populares, propios de las diferentes regiones del país, generando una sonoridad diferente y experimental, que busca reafirmar una identidad nacional y propone una alternativa musical, lejos de las músicas comerciales, como forma de resistencia cultural. This research is based in a qualitative interpretative kind of study, through the semi structured interview technique, with the purpose of identifying the constructed meaning, by young interpreters of new Colombian music as a way of cultural resistance. The analysis of young people narrative allows distinguishing that nowadays a new musical movement in Colombia is flourishing acting in response to a socio-cultural context resultant from globalization.
