Abstract

El presente documento pretende establecer una propuesta que responda a la necesidad de los pequeños tenderos del municipio de Zipaquirá, para incrementar el número de clientes y fidelizar a los actuales, haciendo uso de la tecnología en este caso por medio de una pasarela de pago eficiente y efectiva. Los compradores requieren contar con el máximo de su tiempo libre para dedicarlo a otros intereses dejando de ser prioridad el desplazamiento y realización de filas para adquirir sus bienes o servicios, consiguiendo con esto comodidad y seguridad al efectuar sus compras. De tal manera, los pequeños comercios deben adaptarse a nuevas herramientas para no quedar rezagados y en el futuro desaparecer, contribuyendo a mitigar el riesgo de agentes sanitarios que se desarrollan en el mundo, por el uso del dinero en efectivo, permitiéndole a sus compradores realizar sus pagos, asegurándoles comodidad, seguridad, confianza y preferencia, alcanzando un desarrollo rentable y sostenible.

This document aims settle down a proposal, which responds to the necessity to the retail grocers of Zipaquira county, to get the number of clients increased and retain the current ones, using technology through an effective payment gateway in this case. Buyers require spend the more of their free time looking for the stuff they like, leaving of being priority the transportation and the long lines to get their goods or services obtaining with this comfort and safety on their purchases. In this way, retailers must fit to new tools and won't be left as stragglers to then disappear in the future helping out relieving the risk of sanitary agents which are developing in the world due to using of cash, allowing buyers do their payments and make them sure comfort, safety, confidence and ratherly reaching a Profitable and sustainable development.
