Abstract
El 2020 es un año atípico en el que la emergencia sanitaria provocada por el virus SARS-COV-2 ha estancado la economía a nivel mundial. En el caso de Colombia el comportamiento de la economía no ha sido distinto del resto del mundo y esta ha tenido un declive importante en el país. Uno de los sectores más afectados es el turismo, el cual tiene gran participación en el Producto Interno Bruto (PIB) de la nación viéndose afectado por el cierre total de sus actividades y que en la actualidad se encuentra en proceso de reactivación. La situación descrita ha llevado al gobierno a diseñar estrategias para impulsar la reactivación de la economía.
Según cifras del DANE en Colombia, 1.9 millones de personas dependen directamente de este sector y 1.2 millones indirectamente; pensando en esto nace TELOUBICAMOS.COM, la plataforma digital que ha venido a impulsar el comercio en el sector turismo, permitiendo al pequeño comerciante (artesano, vendedor informal, trabajador independiente) conectarse de forma directa y virtual con el turista.
A través de TELOUBICAMOS.COM queremos darle visibilidad al pequeño comerciante ampliando su infraestructura de ventas, facilitando conectar con el turista en el lugar donde este se encuentre. 2020 is an atypical year in which the health emergency caused by the SARS-COV-2 virus has stalled the global economy.
