Propuesta de escenarios para la empresa desafío de guerreros SAS

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación se realizó un análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo de la empresa Desafío de Guerreros S. A. S., la cual se dedica a la organización de carreras atléticas masivas con obstáculos de tipo militar en diferentes ciudades principales de Colombia. Lo anterior con el objetivo de proponerle a la empresa posibles escenarios estratégicos para que pueda sostenerse en el mercado una vez superada la coyuntura que ha vivido el país por causa del COVID-19, por medio del diseño de tres estrategias fundamentales de solución que surgieron a partir de los problemas identificados. Estas se soportaron en proyecciones financieras para crear unos indicadores de seguimiento, mostrando los resultados financieros futuros esperados en caso de que se ejecute cada una de ellas, tanto por separado como en las posibles combinaciones que se puedan dar con la implementación de dos o tres estrategias al mismo tiempo. El análisis cuantitativo realizado se basó en los estados financieros de la empresa en los últimos tres años (2017, 2018 y 2019), mediante el cálculo de los indicadores financieros con su respectivo análisis y diagnóstico en relación con su capacidad para enfrentarse a las expectativas del entorno y del sector, con el fin de identificar los problemas de la organización. Luego, se propusieron las estrategias base que le permitirán a la empresa sostenerse en el mercado una vez superada la coyuntura. Previo a ello se establecieron unos supuestos financieros para realizar las proyecciones de los estados financieros de los años 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 y 2024, teniendo en cuenta tanto los aspectos macroeconómicos como las expectativas de la gerencia y los promedios de los últimos años para montar las estrategias con sus supuestos adicionales propios esperados, con los cuales se calcularon las proyecciones de los estados financieros de todos los posibles escenarios estratégicos, mostrando y analizando los resultados obtenidos en cada uno de ellos.

In the present work of investigation a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the company “Desafío de Guerreros S. A. S.”, which is dedicated to the organization of massive athletic races with military-type obstacles in the different main cities of Colombia; with the objective of proposing possible strategic scenarios to the company so that it can sustain itself in the market once the COVID-19 situation has been overcome, through the design of three fundamental solution strategies based on the identified problems, which were supported by financial projections and thus create some follow-up indicators, showing the expected future financial results in the case of the execution of each one of them both separately, and in the possible combinations that can be given with the implementation of two or three strategies at the same time. The quantitative analysis carried out was based on the financial statements of the last three years (2017, 2018 and 2019), calculating financial indicators with their respective analysis and diagnosis in relation to their ability to meet the expectations of the environment and the sector; the above in order to identify the problems in the organization. Subsequently, the base strategies were proposed that would allow the company to sustain itself in the market once the situation was overcome, but not before establishing some financial assumptions to make the projections of the financial statements for the years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024, taking into account macroeconomic aspects, management expectations and averages of recent years, to then assemble the strategies with their own additional expected assumptions, with which the projections of the financial statements of all possible strategic scenarios were calculated; showing and analyzing the results obtained in each of them.
