dc.description.abstractTeniendo en cuenta que en Colombia un gran número de compañías ejercen sus actividades económicas y perciben ingresos en diferentes municipios, cada vez se fortalece más la necesidad de implementar herramientas y propuestas de planeación tributaria en la ejecución de sus procesos organizacionales, que brinden soporte para la prevención y solución de posibles contingencias relacionadas con el impuesto de industria y comercio. El presente trabajo de grado permitirá generar un diagnóstico en cuanto a los procedimientos actuales con los cuales cuenta la empresa Attica diseño SAS, relacionados con planeación tributaria del impuesto de industria y comercio, brindando así la posibilidad de identificar oportunidades de mejora. Lo anterior teniendo en cuenta el problema que enfrenta dicha empresa y el cual es originado principalmente por la percepción de ingresos en diferentes municipios del territorio nacional, el desconocimiento de la normatividad distrital relacionada con el impuesto de industria y comercio y en específico la dificultad para la determinación de la territorialidad en la ejecución de cada una de las actividades económicas que realiza. Finalmente, por medio del análisis de información financiera y tributaria correspondiente al año 2019, daremos a conocer con el desarrollo de una matriz las oportunidades, debilidades, fortalezas y amenazas a las que se enfrenta dicha empresa en materia tributaria respecto a la forma y método como fueron liquidadas y presentadas sus obligaciones tributarias distritales relacionadas con el impuesto de industria y comercio por el periodo gravable 2019.es
dc.description.abstractTaking into account that in Colombia a large number of companies carry out their economic activities and receive income in different cities or regions, the need to implement tax planning tools and proposals in the execution of their organizational processes is increasingly strengthened, providing support for the prevention and solution from possible contingencies related to the industry and commerce tax. The current degree assay will allow generating a diagnosis regarding the current procedures which Attica diseño SAS Company possesses, related to tax planning of industry and commerce tax, thus providing the possibility of identifying opportunities for improvement. The foregoing taking into account the problem faced by the company and which is mainly caused by the incoming perception in different cities from the national territory, the ignorance from the district regulations related to the industry and commerce tax and specifically the difficulty in determining the territoriality on the execution from each economic activities that carries out. Finally, through the analysis from the financial and tax information corresponding to 2019, we will let you to know through a matrix development the opportunities, weakness, strengths and threats which a company faces in tax matters regarding forms and methods which its district tax obligations were settled and presented its district tax obligations related to industry and commerce tax for the 2019 taxable period.
