Metodología de programación, seguimiento y control de horas de instructores según programa de formación

Abstract

Con el objetivo de dar respuesta a las inconformidades presentadas por los instructores del Centro Náutico Pesquero de Buenaventura- SENA, en el cruce de horario en la programación de fichas, se planteó la necesidad de diseñar una metodología de programación que incluyera las competencias a impartir y así permitir que se cumpliera con los tiempos establecidos para cada programa de formación. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se realizó el diagnóstico del estado de programación, se definió la metodología de programación a través de un software que permite la programación de manera ágil y menor tiempo, se desarrollaron pruebas pilotos y capacitación al personal que se encargará del proceso de programación y envío a instructores y aprendices.

In order to respond to the disagreements presented by the instructors of the Centro Náutico Pesquero de Buenaventura-SENA, at the time crossing in the programming of files, the need to design a programming methodology that included the skills to be taught and thus allowing the times established for each training program to be met. For the development of this work, the diagnosis of the programming status was carried out, the programming methodology was defined through software that allows programming in an agile way and in less time, pilot tests and training of the personnel who will be in charge of the process were developed programming and dispatch to instructors and trainees.
