Diseño del sistema de monitoreo y control en obra para la empresa Servicolombiano S.A.S. E.S.P. en Guaranda – Sucre

Abstract

El objetivo del proyecto es diseñar el sistema de monitoreo y control para la obra que realiza SERVICOLOMBIANO en el municipio de Guaranda, la cual es una empresa de servicios públicos especializada en la distribución de redes de gas domiciliario. La idea del proyecto nació de la necesidad de implementar un sistema que optimice los procesos de seguimiento y control durante el desarrollo de la construcción de redes de gas, a partir de un método de control y monitoreo en obra, con la aplicación de la herramienta de análisis de valor ganado para conocer el estado de avance real y presupuestal de las obras de construcción de redes de gas. Con la implementación del sistema se pretende actualizar todo el procedimiento de control de obra y conocer el estado de avance de la misma, con la integración de documentos, formatos, registros e informes, que permitan recolectar y presentar la información de forma unificada de tal manera que se puedan tomar decisiones frente a eventos que alteren los plazos establecidos y el presupuesto asignado para la ejecución de la obra.

The objective of the project is to design the Monitoring and control for the work carried out by SERVICOLOMBIANO in the municipality of Guaranda, which is a public utility company specialized in the distribution of household gas networks. The idea of the project was born from the need to implement a system that optimizes monitoring and control processes during the development of gas networks construction, based on a method of control and monitoring on site, with the application of the earned value analysis tool to know the actual and budgetary state of progress of the gas network construction works. With the implementation of the system, the aim is to update the entire work control procedure and to know the progress status of the work, with the integration of documents, formats, records and reports, that allow the collection and presentation of information in a unified manner so that decisions can be taken when facing events that may alter the established deadlines and the budget allocated for the execution of the work.
