Propuesta de plan y herramienta ofimática para gestión de mantenimiento de la U.D.C.A

Abstract

La gestión de mantenimiento del U.D.C.A no se realiza de manera sistemática y organizada provocando deterioro y sobrecostos que afectan la ejecución de las funciones misionales de la institución. Mediante la formulación y aplicación de los procesos establecidos en la guía del PMBOK®, se plantea un plan de mantenimiento y una herramienta ofimática basados en las necesidades identificadas y orientados a la confiabilidad de los equipos e infraestructura, con el propósito de optimizar los recursos. Las actividades relacionadas con el desarrollo de la herramienta se ejecutan con la planta física y recurso humano de la institución.

The maintenance management of the U.D.C.A is not carried out in a systematic and organized way causing the risk and the extra cost that affect the execution of the missionary functions of the institution. Through the formulation and application of the processes established in the PMBOK® guide, a maintenance plan and an office tool determined in the needs identified and oriented to the reliability of the equipment and infrastructure are proposed, with the purpose of optimizing resources. The activities related to the development of the tool are executed with the physical plant and the human resources of the institution.
