Satisfacción De Padres Y Madres Con Respecto A La Implementación Del Programa Madre Canguro En Dos Hospitales De Bogotá, Colombia

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar el grado de satisfacción que tienen los padres y madres en torno a la atención recibida por el personal de salud y el cuidado otorgado por ellos a sus Recién Nacidos Prematuros en el Programa Madre Canguro Integral, al ser éste el único programa de intervención en población prematura que está compuesto por dos fases: cuidado intrahospitalario y ambulatorio. Este método fue seleccionado a partir de una revisión teórica entre los métodos de intervención y atención prematura a nivel mundial. La muestra fue de 15 padres y 15 madres pertenecientes a la fase ambulatoria a un (1) año del PMCI en los hospitales San José Infantil y San Ignacio de Bogotá- Colombia, fue un estudio descriptivo transversal no – experimental, expofacto que se evaluó a través de la adaptación de un cuestionario conformado por 24 ítems de escala tipo Likert, que evaluaron el grado de satisfacción frente a la atención recibida por parte del personal médico y la satisfacción sobre el cuidado del RNP en las tres etapas que componen el PMCI (Neonatal, Ambulatoria a seis (6) meses y Ambulatoria a un (1) año).

The objective of this research was to determine the degree of satisfaction that fathers and mothers have regarding the care received by the health personnel and the care given by them to their Premature Newborns in the Integral Kangaroo Mother Program since it is the only program of intervention in premature population that is composed of two phases inpatient and outpatient care. This method was selected based on a theoretical review of methods of intervention and premature care worldwide. The sample consisted of 15 parents and 15 mothers belonging to the ambulatory phase one (1) year after the PMCI in the San José hospitals. Infantil and San Ignacio de Bogotá - Colombia, was a cross - sectional, non - experimental, descriptive study that was evaluated through the adaptation of a questionnaire consisting of 24 Likert - type scale items, which evaluated the degree of satisfaction with the care received. on the part of the medical personnel and the satisfaction on the care of the RNP in the three stages that compose the PMCI (Neonatal, Ambulatory to six (6) months and Ambulatory to one (1) year).
