Revisión Conceptual Del Emprendimiento Y Su Relación Con La Mujer Año 2000 Al 2016

Abstract

Esta investigación corresponde al diseño de investigación cualitativa, este diseño es calificado por ser más comprensivo y menos radical, se toma en cuenta la literatura para “enmarcar” la duda o el problema del estudio, Gómez, G, Flores, J, y Jiménez, G (1996), por consiguiente se realiza una monografía de revisión documental, la cual posibilita identificar y registrar investigaciones elaboradas con anterioridad, para realizar bases teóricas a partir de sus respectivos autores, al mismo tiempo permite categorizar, comparar y correlacionar trabajos realizados hasta la fecha. Rojas, I (2011). Dentro del criterio de búsqueda se eligen estudios o investigaciones sobre el concepto de emprendimiento en la mujer de allí se seleccionaron 30 artículos y se realizan 2 categorías para su posterior análisis (emprendimiento femenino - emprendimiento organizacional) y se realiza por ultimo 3 sub-categorías (emprendimiento, empleabilidad y género), lo anterior se basa en un enfoque metodológico hermenéutico- interpretativo que permite al investigador hacer análisis e interpretación que más adelante brindara información del concepto de emprendiendo femenino el porqué, el paraqué y el cómo.
