Caracterización de la contratación de una empresa del sector agrícola productora y exportadora de hierbas aromáticas

Abstract

El objetivo principal del presente trabajo de investigación consiste en caracterizar la contratación de una empresa agrícola productora de hierbas aromáticas, identificando factores legales, tipos de contrato y factores socioculturales, a fin de dar cuenta del fenómeno en la realidad del sector. Esta investigación tuvo un enfoque de tipo cualitativo, trabajado a través de instrumentos como entrevistas y grupo focal. A partir del análisis de la información recolectada, se encontraron diferentes inconformidades y desinformación por parte de los trabajadores, referente a la forma de contratación, cobertura de seguridad social, entre otros. Así mismo, se evidenció que en la actualidad existen prácticas socioculturales que se vienen manteniendo por generaciones en el sector rural.

The main goal of this research is to characterize the hiring of an agricultural company producing aromatic herbs, identifying legal factors, types of contract and sociocultural factors, to account for the phenomenon in the reality of the sector. This research had a qualitative approach, worked through instruments such as interviews and focus group. From the analysis of the information collected, different disconformities and disinformation by the workers, were found, regarding the form of hiring, social security coverage, among others. Likewise, it was evidenced that at present there are sociocultural practices that have been maintained for generations in the rural sector
