Abstract

Colpensiones dentro de los objetivos estratégicos, debe disponer de una óptima arquitectura de tecnología y aplicaciones; gestionando y manteniendo oportunamente la infraestructura requerida, lo cual no se está cumpliendo a cabalidad ya que actualmente Colpensiones en la administración de la red LAN y WLAN presenta falencias en el soporte y servicio al usuario final en cuanto a tiempos de atención y solución de incidentes, disponibilidad de servicios, obsolescencia tecnológica y recurso humano no especializado, con el fin de solucionar estas falencias Colpensiones crea este proyecto con el fin de mejorar el servicio y el soporte a los usuarios finales de la infraestructura de red LAN, WLAN mediante la contratación de un proveedor de tecnología que cumpla con todos los requerimientos técnicos, jurídicos y financieros, entregando el servicio a un tercero se tienen los siguientes beneficios: económicos (reducción de costos), mejora en el servicio al cliente interno y externo y optimización de la tecnología.
