Propuesta de un sistema HVAC para área de cremas en el laboratorio farmacéutico Eurofarma Colombia
Abstract
Actualmente Eurofarma Colombia el área de cremas cuenta con un sistema HVAC
que posee una infraestructura y equipos necesarios para cumplir con lo establecido en el
informe 32 de la OMS, pero debido al uso, cumplimiento del ciclo de vida del activo y
obsolescencia, se requiere alinearse a la nueva reglamentación para este tipo de sistemas
establecida en el informe 45 de OMS, cumpliendo con las prácticas adecuadas de
fabricación, garantizando la calidad en la elaboración de los productos, y así obtener la
certificación de proceso y de área emitidas por el ente regulatorio, por esta razón se hace
necesario realizar el cambio o Upgrade del sistema de Aire acondicionado y ventilación
mecánica. Este proyecto pretende implementar un nuevo sistema HVAC en el área de
cremas de Eurofarma Colombia, para realizar la respectiva adecuación y satisfacer así los
ítems indicados en el informe 45 de la OMS, entregando un sistema que cuente con
tecnología de punta y permita el monitoreo y control mediante un sistema SCADA. Currently Eurofarma Colombia the area of creams has an HVAC system that has the
