Abstract

La responsabilidad RSE que surge de la necesidad y demandas empresariales que se generados dentro del ámbito administrativo para la expansión de operaciones comerciales y servicios que generan impacto y crecimiento a nivel general (Avendaño, 2013) En el empresas que operan en Colombia y buscan un crecimiento significativo luego de los años que permitan el fortalecimiento e integración del área empresarial y social generando conciencia en sus empleados y en el propósito de cada proyecto que desarrollan. Con base en el concepto anterior, la idea de diseñar e implementar un corporativo programa de responsabilidad social para INDEMO dedicado a sus servicios en las áreas de Urbanismo Planificación, Transporte, Tránsito e infraestructura en general y así generar mayores reconocimiento en la comunidad y crecimiento empresarial en las operaciones que se realizan.
