Abstract

El siguiente proyecto es el planteamiento del nuevo centro administrativo municipal para la ciudad de Villavicencio Departamento del Meta, donde se proponen las diferentes instituciones oficiales de la alcaldía municipal de manera integral, relacionado con proyectos de vivienda, comercio, servicios y equipamiento. El proyecto será implantado en la comuna 3, lugar que se encuentra contiguo al centro histórico de la ciudad, cuenta con fuertes problemas sociales, como drogadicción, población flotante, inseguridad, prostitución y deterioro urbano de la ciudad. El proyecto a través de este sector buscar solucionar las problemáticas del contexto urbano inmediato, se solucionara la falta de zonas verdes, acogida de todas estas dependencias administrativas que se encuentran dispersas por la ciudad para mayor eficiencia y desempeño en los procesos administrativos, cuenta con gran riqueza natural el Rio Guatiquia como elemento paisajístico y turístico en el sector para integrarse con el proyecto estratégico Malecón río Guatiquía, la cual trasciende incluso los límites del centro histórico y así aprovechando su localización en un punto estratégico de conexiones regionales, de esta manera mejorar las condiciones del lugar.
