Centro regional de convenciones y las artes "Los Ocobos"

Abstract

El proyecto de Grado “Centro Regional De Convenciones y las Artes “Los Ocobos” está estructurado con base a la importancia que tiene Los centros culturales en la Ciudad de Ibagué ya que el mismo PLAN DE ORDENAMIENTO TERRITORIAL por el Decreto 0823 del 2014 promueve la marca como Ciudad Capital Musical de Colombia, donde predominan sus eventos culturales a lo largo del año. Dicho esto, se realizó un respectivo análisis del lugar para identificar las, debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas y amenazas del mismo; dando como resultado las problemáticas de orden Social del Sector, déficit de espacio público, de zonas verdes y donde los materiales de construcción en su mayoría no son agradables visualmente, no se tuvo en cuenta estrategias necesarias para generar un Confort para el usuario. Por consiguiente, mostraremos las estrategias que se adoptaron para mitigar todas las problemáticas identificadas, donde la arquitectura del Centro de Convenciones permite nuevas sensaciones y experiencias en el usuario, desarrollando y utilizando variables en su diseño de fachada como de interiores y a su vez adoptando materiales innovadores para la ciudad y que evitarían un mayor consumo de energía para que el proyecto sea sostenible. De esta manera el proyecto será un hito monumental a nivel Departamental ya que es un proyecto de escala Regional donde el ciudadano se sentirá identificado con sus raíces culturales y obtendrá un gran sentido de pertenencia por el Proyecto que se quiere desarrollar en Ibagué (Centro Regional de Convenciones y las Artes “Los Ocobos”).

In the degree project "Regional Center for Conventions and the Arts" Los Ocobos "it is structured based on the importance of cultural centers in the city of Ibagué and that the same TERRITORIAL MANAGEMENT PLAN by Decree 0823 of 2014 promotes the brand as Musical Capital of Colombia, where its cultural events throughout the year predominate. Consequently, we will show the strategies that were adopted to mitigate all the problems identified, where the architecture of the Convention Center allows new sensations and user experiences, developing and using variables in its facade and interior design, and in turn adopting innovative materials. for the city and that they would avoid greater energy consumption to make the project a sustainable project. In this way, the project will be a monumental milestone at the Departmental level since it is a Regional scale project where the citizen will feel identified with their cultural roots and will obtain a great sense of belonging for the Project that they want to develop in Ibagué (Regional Center of Conventions and the Arts “Los Ocobos”).
