Guía de ecourbanismo y construcción sostenible de Bogotá 2019

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación aborda como temática principal la Política Pública de Ecourbanismo y Construcción Sostenible-PPECS como elemento fundamental del ejercicio democrático y búsqueda de alternativas a la problemática ambiental desde la Gestión Ambiental Urbana-GAU. Se toma como caso de estudio el ámbito edificatorio del área urbana de la ciudad de Bogotá D.C.; de conformidad con el análisis de los conceptos que hacen parte del presente trabajo, se plantea el principal interrogante para abordar la investigación; ¿Cuál es la situación de las PPECS para el Ámbito Edificatorio en el Área Urbana de Bogotá al año 2019? A continuación, se procede a plantear el Objetivo Principal; Determinar la situación de las PPECS para el Ámbito Edificatorio en el Área Urbana de Bogotá. Para dar respuesta al interrogante, se identifican las PP relacionadas con el ecourbanismo y la construcción sostenible aplicables a la ciudad; se investigan e identifican otros estándares y referentes normativos internacionales aplicables a la ciudad de Bogotá; se definen los criterios y ejes temáticos del ecourbanismo y la Construcción Sostenible-CS para el ámbito edificatorio; se detectan los incentivos para quienes implementen PS y como producto final se generan las conclusiones y recomendaciones, contribuyendo desde la investigación a la mitigación del cambio climático y el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de nuestras ciudades.

This research paper addresses the main theme of the Public Policy of Eco urbanism and Sustainable Construction-PPESC as a fundamental element of the democratic exercise and search for alternatives to environmental issues from the Urban Environmental Management. It is taken as a case study of the urban area of the city of Bogotá D.C.; in accordance with the analysis of the concepts that are part of this work, the main question is raised to address the research; What is the situation of the PPESC for the Building Scope in the Urban Area of Bogotá in relation to other standards and regulations? Next, we proceed to set out the Main Objective; Determine the situation of the PPESC for the Building Scope in the Urban Area of Bogotá. To answer the question, the PPs related to Eco urbanism and sustainable construction applicable to the city are identified; other standards and international normative referents applicable to the city of Bogotá are investigated and identified; the criteria and thematic axes of Eco urbanism and Sustainable Construction-SC for the building environment are defined; Incentives are detected for those who implement SP and as a final product, conclusions and recommendations are generated, contributing from research to mitigating climate change and improving the quality of life of our cities.
