Las relaciones de pareja desde los conceptos de vínculo y apego

Abstract

“Las relaciones de pareja, desde los conceptos de vínculo y apego” es un trabajo que, a partir de una revisión documental, concreta una comprensión de las relaciones de pareja adultas; partiendo del principio de que dichas dinámicas se configuran desde edades tempranas en el sujeto, cuando este crea sus vínculos y apegos primarios. Con ese objeto, el trabajo incluye el abordaje teórico del los conceptos de vínculo, apego, tipos de apego, relación de pareja, tipos de pareja y evolución histórica de la pareja; para posteriormente acometer el análisis de las relaciones a la luz de dichos conceptos. Se incluyen además la revisión de investigaciones anteriores relativas al apego y, finalmente, se ofrece una propuesta de abordaje preventivo para las dificultades de la pareja por efecto del apego.

To that end, the work includes the approach of theoretical concepts of link, attachment, types of attachment, relationship, types of couples and historical evolution of the couple, and then undertake the analysis of relations in the light of these concepts. Also include the revision of earlier investigations regarding the attachment. And, finally, it offers a proposal for a preventive approach to the difficulties of the couple because of the attachment.
