Identidad laboral de madres cabeza de familia en contexto de trabajo informal

Abstract

En la investigación se logró establecer que el trabajo informal no ofrece unas condiciones mínimas de bienestar en cuanto a economía, salud y estabilidad, lo cual afecta de manera importante la calidad de vida de las trabajadoras madres cabeza de familia. Se utilizó un estudio descriptivo con la participación de dos trabajadoras informales, aplicando como instrumento una entrevista, la cual fue analizada de forma individual y agrupadas para hallar los discursos sobre sus percepciones de la experiencia laboral. Se encontró que estas madres trabajan desde su infancia, se interesan por una búsqueda de estabilidad, sus relaciones familiares se pueden ver afectadas y de igual manera se afecta el apoyo que podrían recibir de ellos. En general se puede concluir que representan el segmento de gran importancia dentro de la muestra.

In the investigation it was managed to establish that the informal work does not offer minimum conditions of well-being as far as economy, health and stability, which affects of important way the quality of life of the workers mothers head of household. A descriptive study with the participation of two informal workers was used, applying like instrument one interviews, which was analyzed of individual form and grouped to find the speeches on its perceptions of its labor experience. One was that these mothers work from their childhood, are interested in a stability search, their familiar relations can be seen affected and of equal way the support is affected that could receive from them. In general it is possible to be concluded that they represent the segment of great importance within the sample.
