Inclusión socio-laboral de personas en condición de discapacidad cognitiva

Abstract

Se plantea la construcción de un formato guía de evaluación que orienta la inclusión socio-laboral de personas en condición de discapacidad cognitiva, y conocer a fondo la condición actual del candidato. Realizando una revisión teórica y con base al programa ENLACES que capacita a los aspirantes bajo esta condición. Se analizan tres temas como son discapacidad, inclusión social, inclusión laboral. Se revisa el concepto de discapacidad a nivel global y en el marco constitucional colombiano, se describe la clasificación según la OMS (Organización Mundial de la Salud). La inclusión socio-laboral demanda un sistema diversificado para atender de forma adecuada las necesidades de esta población, con el fin de lograr aprendizajes equiparables para toda la población y obtener un mejor desarrollo en la sociedad.

This text contains the construction of an evaluation guide format that enables social and labor inclusion of people living in cognitive and get to know the current condition in which the candidate is. Making a theoretical and based on the ENLACES program that currently enables applicants under this condition, we analyze three issues such as disability, social inclusion, including labor. The thesis begins with a review of the definition of disability globally and within the Colombian constitutional framework after the classifications described by WHO (World Health Organization) made the concept of disability. Including social and labor demand a system that is more diverse to adequately address the needs of this population, this in order to achieve improvement, comparable learning for all people and get results in better development society.
