Subjetividad Y Despojo En Una Sujeto Afectada Por El Conflicto Armado En Colombia : Psicoanálisis Y Ley 1448

Abstract

La tierra y el despojo han sido representadas como una fuerte problemática en Colombia, donde históricamente y hasta el día de hoy, la primera se ha visto en disputa por diferentes actores, trayendo consigo una distribución inequitativa de la tierra y el despojo de un número representativo de sujetos, quienes han sido obligados a buscar otro espacio para poder vivir. Lo anterior, repercute en la subjetividad de quien es despojado, pues este hecho puede causar la pérdida de sus coordenadas psíquicas, simbólicas e imaginarias, generando una posición de –no lugar-, sumándole otras consecuencias. Por tanto, en este trabajo se buscó comprender la subjetividad de una mujer despojada de su tierra, al igual que las principales características con las que cuenta la ley 1448 de 2011 para repararla. Esto desde el enfoque psicoanalítico y desde un diseño cualitativo, haciendo uso de la narrativa a partir de la historia de vida, encontrando que en este caso, el despojo trajo consigo la pérdida de la ancestralidad, la carencia de recursos económicos, la transformación de los significantes de familia y tierra, entre otros aspectos, frente a lo cual, se esperaría que la ley la reparara. Sin embargo, esta resulta insuficiente para hacerlo.

Land and dispossession have been represented as a strong problem in Colombia, where historically and to this day, the first has been disputed by different actors, bringing with it an unequal distribution of land and the dispossession of a representative number of subjects, who have been forced to find another space to live. The above, It affects the subjectivity of those who are stripped, because this fact can cause the loss of its psychic, symbolic and imaginary coordinates, generating a position of - no place -, adding other consequences. Therefore, this work sought to understand the subjectivity of a woman stripped of her land, as well as the main characteristics that Law 1448 of 2011 has to repair it. This from the psychoanalytic approach and from a qualitative design, making use of the narrative from the history of life, finding that in this case, the dispossession brought about the loss of ancestrality, the lack of economic resources, the transformation of signifiers of family and land, among other aspects, against which, the law would be expected to repair it. However, this is insufficient to do so.
